How to Apply

Step One

  1. Download and fill out your application, available here.
    1. After you have completed the application, scan it and email it to for an initial screening and determination of income eligibility.
    2. We will contact you to confirm receipt of your application. If there are no units currently available, we will add your name and information to our waitlist for the next appropriate vacant unit.
    3. When there are any vacant units that match your needs and income eligibility we will contact you to discuss the process of Step Two.

Step Two

  1. We will request a variety of documents from you and from third-parties you identify so that we can confirm your eligibility.

Step Three

  1. Once we receive your paperwork, we will contact you to schedule an appointment to view the available units(s) if your household is eligible.
  2. If you like the unit and want to move forward we will prepare the documents and welcome you to your new home
